The Youth Mental Health March Canada (YMHM Canada) is an unincorporated association operating in Ontario with its head office located in Stoney Creek, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.


The YMHM Canada uses all funds raised through any fundraiser or donations to raise awareness around youth mental health and push for change as well as to help provide services to those who need it the most.  ​

DONATIONS AND FUNDRAISERS

Any personal information or any information that may identify any individual (names, phone numbers, emails, addresses, etc.) is only held until after a fundraiser is complete. Once a fundraiser is complete, their information is deleted along with any collection forms for the fundraiser.

COMMUNICATIONS

Information such as emails and names (if given) when an individual contacts the YMHM Canada are held in communication records in order for us to reply to you. This information may be deleted if any emails are deleted by the YMHM Canada.

EMAIL UPDATES

Any personal information collected from emails when an individual signs up is collected in order for us to provide email updates to that individual. When an individual unsubscribes, their information is deleted from our lists and is no longer accessible. The individual will no longer receive any email updates at this point either once unsubscribed.

THIRD-PARTY NOTICE

Any third-party service provider that the YMHM Canada may use for operations (such as for email updates or for communications) may collect personal information in their systems. These systems are separate from the YMHM Canada and the YMHM Canada is not responsible for the operations of any third party business. Have a complaint or a policy violation that you would like to file with us? We thank you for doing this in advance as it shows that you care about those around you and want the best for everyone involved in the situation. 

All complaints must be submitted to the YMHM Canada President directly through the following steps. 

1. Download the complaint form (below)

2. Complete the form 

3. Submit through email a completed form to president@ymhmcanada.ca.
